Literature Reference Management with EndNote 21

During this course, you will learn how to

• Create EndNote libraries and import and create reference records
• Manage and search within the reference records in your libraries
• Use the “Find Full Text” function
• Insert references within document text and create and format a bibliography

Basic computer and MS-Office skills are required. Computers with EndNote installed will be available to use during the course.

• Students in medicine, healthcare-related fields and biomedical sciences
• Physicians, university hospital researchers, nurses and other healthcare professionals

For participants who have EndNote 21 installed on their own device (laptop, tablet, etc.), it may be helpful to use your device during the course for the in-class example work.
Ability to connect to the UZH network via Wifi from your device will be necessary to use some features demonstrated during the course.

The course takes place in the medical library. Please ask at the library information desk.
Note that the free online version of EndNote (EndNote Basic) will NOT be covered in this course.
